Service Description
A short appointment with one of our therapists to confirm you’re suitable for a treatment, answer a few quick questions, and guide you to the right service to start with. Think of it as a gentle “first step” — perfect if you’re feeling unsure but not ready for a full plan yet. If you’d like a deeper skin/body assessment, personalised treatment planning, or a complete roadmap, please book our 30-minute Consultation with the Clinic Director/Principal Skin Therapist (separate tab). Best for: • First-time facials, laser, hair removal, or body sculpting • Sensitivity/contraindication checks and patch testing (where required) • Anyone who simply wants help confirming which treatment to explore next
Cancellation Policy
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. This includes no shows.
