• Use at night only on clean, completely dry skin.

• Apply a pea-sized amount for the whole face (avoid eyelids, corners of nose, and lips).

• Follow with moisturiser. If you’re sensitive, do the “moisturiser sandwich” (moisturiser → retinol → moisturiser).

• Start 2 nights per week for 2–3 weeks → increase to every other night as tolerated.

Important:

• Wear SPF every morning (non-negotiable with retinoids).

• Don’t use on the same night as AHA/BHA exfoliants or strong vitamin C.

• Reduce frequency if you get persistent dryness, stinging, or peeling.
