Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Membership Duration
    Each membership lasts 12 weeks. Weekly payments are automatically debited to ensure uninterrupted benefits. Staying committed to the full duration unlocks maximum results.
  • First Appointment Booking
    Your first appointment can be scheduled after the 4th weekly payment to ensure a strong foundation for your membership benefits.
  • Failed Payments
    A $30 processing fee will be charged for failed direct debits, and membership will be suspended until payment is received.
  • Renewal
    Membership renewal is not automatic. To continue enjoying your benefits, you’ll need to re-enroll for another 12-week cycle.
  • Appointment Scheduling
    Appointments must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.
  • Validity and Usage
    Membership benefits are valid only within the 12-week period. Unused benefits cannot be carried forward into the next cycle.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Membership cancellations mid-cycle are non-refundable. If you cancel, any utilized benefits will be recalculated at standard rates, and you may be required to pay the difference.
  • Program Updates
    Totally RAD Beauty may make occasional updates to enhance the membership experience. Any changes will be communicated at least 1 month in advance, ensuring you have time to adapt to improvements.
