First Appointment Booking

• Your first appointment can be scheduled after the 4th weekly payment to ensure a strong foundation for your membership benefits.

• A $30 processing fee will be charged for failed direct debits, and membership will be suspended until payment is received.

• Membership renewal is not automatic. To continue enjoying your benefits, you’ll need to re-enroll for another 12-week cycle.

Appointment Scheduling

• Appointments must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time. • Missed appointments without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of that session.

• Membership benefits are valid only within the 12-week period. • Unused benefits cannot be carried forward into the next cycle.

• Membership cancellations mid-cycle are non-refundable. • If you cancel, any utilized benefits will be recalculated at standard rates, and you may be required to pay the difference.
