Arianne is the visionary founder of Totally RAD Beauty — leading the clinic with a blend of clinical precision, heartfelt care, and forward-thinking innovation. Specialising in advanced skin therapies, she seamlessly combines high-tech modalities with skilled, intentional touch to deliver transformative yet deeply grounding client experiences.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business (with High Honours) — a testament to her excellence, discipline, and lifelong dedication to learning. After building a successful finance career, Arianne followed her calling into beauty and skin health, blending strate`gic expertise with a passion for personalised client care.

​

Arianne holds multiple industry certifications, including a Diploma in Laser, and is currently completing her Diploma in Dermal Therapies — all while managing the business and remaining fully hands-on with treatments. Her academic foundation and relentless pursuit of education shape the elevated standard of care she brings to every client and every treatment at TRB.

 

Beyond the clinic, Arianne finds joy in the simple things — being a wife to her incredibly supportive husband and a mum to a spirited two-year-old who keeps her grounded, inspired, and grateful every day.

Abigail brings warmth, grace, and a strong professional foundation to Totally RAD Beauty. A former beauty queen titleholder and the previous owner/manager of Totally RAD in the Philippines, she now enriches our New Zealand team with her signature blend of confidence, hospitality, and charm.

 

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and professional experience as a hotel supervisor, Abigail brings exceptional strengths in customer service, client relations, and creating a seamless, elevated treatment experience. She also holds international training certificates in cosmetic and beauty practices, giving her a well-rounded, globally informed approach to beauty and client care.

As a Laser Safety Certified therapist specialising in facials, laser treatments, and body sculpting, Abigail contributes both to high-quality treatment delivery and to maintaining strong operational and client-care standards within the clinic. She plays a key role in shaping the TRB experience — ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for from start to finish.

Believing deeply in the transformative power of self-care, Abigail brings warmth, compassion, and meticulous attention to detail to every session. Outside the clinic, she loves spending time outdoors with her son — balancing motherhood, work, and personal growth with resilience and joy.

Rizki brings over 8 years of experience in the aesthetics field, supported by her medical background as a General Practitioner in Indonesia. She has worked in reputable aesthetic clinics performing a wide range of beauty and skin treatments with a strong emphasis on safety, comfort, and natural results. Since moving to New Zealand, she has continued her work in the skin and beauty industry, driven by her passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin.

Specialising in advanced treatments — particularly light-based therapies, microneedling, and personalised skin plans — Rizki is known for delivering subtle, refined, and highly tailored results. Her medical foundation ensures precision, thoughtful assessment, and an unwavering commitment to safety in every treatment.

 

Her signature style is gentle, safety-focused, and detail-oriented, ensuring clients feel supported and at ease throughout their treatment journey. Outside the clinic, Rizki is a proud mum of two, a dedicated skincare enthusiast, and someone who celebrates every tiny glow-up moment — both for herself and her clients.

Irene brings 17 years of beauty industry experience, including 15 years at the prestigious Aivee Clinic, one of the leading dermatology and aesthetic centres in the Philippines trusted by celebrities, politicians, and high-profile personalities. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, she blends anatomical expertise with technical precision and a therapeutic touch — creating a truly elevated client experience.

Recognised as a Senior Skin Specialist in her previous clinic, Irene specialises in acne treatments, deep cleansing facials, and personalised skin programs. She is highly trained in laser technologies and body-slimming modalities, bringing both skill and confidence to every treatment.

Her signature style is exceptionally gentle yet results-driven, blending comfortable techniques with a strong commitment to consistent, visible improvements. Outside the treatment room, Irene is warm, approachable, and always happy to chat about anything under the sun… especially K-dramas! 

Romalyn is one of TRB’s rising stars, bringing dedication, warmth, and a strong foundation in professional beauty therapy. She holds a Certificate in Beauty Therapy from Ara Institute, where she was awarded Best Student of the Year — a testament to her discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence.

Since joining Totally RAD Beauty, Romalyn has expanded her expertise beyond essential beauty treatments. She now performs facials, skin-clearing treatments, and selected advanced skin therapies, continuously refining her technique under TRB’s high-standard training system. She excels in waxing, massage, and facial treatments, combining skilled technique with a soothing, caring touch that leaves clients feeling relaxed and well cared for.

Known for her gentle approach, friendly personality, and willingness to grow, Romalyn ensures every client enjoys a comfortable, professional, and rejuvenating experience.
