• Use AM or PM (many prefer AM for antioxidant support).

• Apply 1–2 drops to clean, dry skin (or after a gentle hydrating toner).

• Gently spread and press in—avoid eyes, corners of nose, and lips.

• Follow with moisturiser. If used in the morning, finish with SPF 30+.

Start smart: Begin 2–3 times per week, then increase to daily as tolerated.
Avoid same routine with: strong AHA/BHA exfoliants or retinoids in the same session if you’re sensitive (alternate nights instead).
Normal sensations: mild tingling can happen at first—if it stings or lingers, use less and reduce frequency.
