• Night only: After cleansing (and hydrating toner if you use one), apply a pea-sized amount to dry skin, avoiding eyes, corners of nose and lips.
• Follow with a simple moisturiser (or “sandwich” it: moisturiser → serum → moisturiser if you’re sensitive).
• Start 2–3 nights per week, then build up as tolerated; SPF every morning is non-negotiable.

Safety notes: Vitamin A–based products can cause dryness/peeling at first—introduce slowly and don’t stack with strong exfoliating acids on the same night. Avoid use during pregnancy/breastfeeding unless your healthcare professional says otherwise, and don’t use on broken/irritated skin.
