How to Use

PM only: Apply a thin layer to clean, completely dry skin (avoid eyes, lips, and corners of nose/mouth).

Press in gently: Lightly press until absorbed (don’t aggressively rub), then follow with a calming moisturiser.

Start 1–2 nights per week, then increase slowly only if skin stays comfortable.
Safety notes: Tingling/prickly is normal; burning or redness lasting into the next day isn’t—reduce frequency or stop if that happens. Avoid using on the same night as retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA/PHA), strong vitamin C, or benzoyl peroxide. Daily SPF is essential.
