Our Policies

At Totally RAD Beauty, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service and being attentive to our clients needs. We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent which is why we have our strict booking policies clearly stated. These policies have been designed to ensure the best possible experience for all our lovely clients. Please take the time to carefully read through the following policies before your appointment:


Please arrive at the clinic 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. New clients may need to complete a new client form and/or service waiver to protect both our staff and clients. We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the clinic to secure your preferred time slot.

Booking Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a small deposit is required during the booking process. This deposit confirms your commitment. For bookings made through manual booking, in the case of vouchers, prepaid treatments, or rebooking on the day of the visit, no deposit is required. However, if you fail to show up or provide notice within the specified timeframe, a fee will be charged before you can book another appointment.


We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit. This policy applies to all bookings, including those made through manual booking or prepaid sessions.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that we can accommodate you fully. If you arrive over 15 minutes late and the service cannot be completed within the remaining time frame, we may need to reschedule your appointment and charge a cancellation fee at our management's discretion.


For your safety, please disclose any medications during your consultation. Some treatments may require doctor's certificates, and it is important to inform your therapist of any changes in your health or medication.


All Totally RAD Beauty therapists are certified in their respective services. Should your preferred therapist be unavailable on the day of your treatment, she will be replaced with an equally caring and qualified member of our team and you will be notified of any changes.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, under the influence, or if their health condition may impact the treatment results.

Alternative Service Recommendation

In some cases, our therapists may recommend an alternative service if they determine that the originally booked service is not applicable or suitable for your specific needs or condition. This recommendation is made in the best interest of providing you with optimal results and ensuring your safety and satisfaction.

Methods of Payment

We accept Debit/Credit Card, Afterpay, Laybuy, Zip, Bank Transfer, Cash, and Totally RAD vouchers payments. Subscription plans are also available.

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Gift certificates are valid for up to 6 months or the specified date and must be presented at the time of service. They are not redeemable for cash and can be used for Totally RAD products and services. Please provide the gift card code/number at the time of booking.

Vouchers and Discounts

Vouchers and discounts cannot be combined and must be used as specified.

Service and Product Refunds:

We do not offer refunds for services rendered due to the nature of our treatments and the expertise of our professionals. However, if you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will make every effort to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction. For product purchases, we offer returns and exchanges if the packaging is still intact. If you have opened the product and encounter an issue, such as a defect or damage, please reach out to our team, and we will assist you in finding a suitable solution. Please note that refunds or exchanges for opened products are subject to our discretion.


We value your privacy and use customer information to enhance your service and send important messages, including marketing communications. Rest assured that we do not share this information with third parties.
