Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Totally RAD Beauty, every appointment is special, and we strive to provide each client with the highest quality service and care. To ensure that we can offer this level of attention, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policy:

  • Appointment Booking:

    • A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.

  • Cancellation Notice:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

    • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

  • Arriving Late:

    • Arriving late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.

  • Policy Acknowledgment:

    • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
