Not sure where to start — or ready for a more complete plan? Our 30-minute Consultation is a deeper, personalised session designed to map out the best next steps for your skin, body, or beauty goals. During your appointment, your therapist will complete a thorough assessment (including a 3D Skin Analysis, if applicable) and talk through your concerns, lifestyle, current routine, and desired results. You’ll leave with clear, tailored recommendations — whether you’re looking at skincare, advanced facials, body sculpting, hair removal, or beauty enhancements — plus a plan that fits your budget and timeline. For more complex cases, a written summary and recommended plan can be emailed to you within 24–48 hours (where applicable). Cancellation Policy
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. This includes no shows.
