Service Description
Not sure where to start — or ready for a more complete plan? Our 30-minute Consultation is a personalised session designed to map out the best next steps for your skin, body, or beauty goals. During your appointment, your therapist will complete a thorough assessment (including a 3D Skin Analysis where applicable) and talk through your concerns, lifestyle, current routine, and desired results. You’ll leave with clear, tailored recommendations — whether you’re considering skincare, advanced facials, body sculpting, hair removal, or beauty enhancements — plus a plan that fits your budget and timeline. For more complex cases, a written summary and recommended plan can be emailed to you within 24–48 hours (where applicable). Best for: • Complex, persistent, or reactive concerns • Creating a full skincare + treatment roadmap • Choosing the right treatments/products with confidence (no guesswork) Booking tip: In the notes, share your main concerns, goals, and any products/treatments you’re currently using so we can prepare and maximise your time.
Cancellation Policy
Each client’s appointment is important to us. We want to give your service the time and attention it deserves. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. This includes no shows.
