Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A specialist light-touch massage to support superficial lymph-fluid movement, using gentle rhythmic
Service Description
A specialised 90-minute session using gentle, rhythmic techniques within the practitioner's trained lymphatic method. Unlike Deep Tissue Massage, this treatment works with a light touch at the surface, not firm pressure on the muscle, offering a calm and unhurried experience. Your session begins with a consultation to understand your goals, relevant health history and comfort. The therapist will tailor the treatment within her specialist training, with attention to your individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all routine. Suitable wellness enhancements, such as pressotherapy, may be discussed during your consultation and are charged separately, not automatically included or recommended for everyone. 90 minutes | Currently available with Elena only. Please contact us before booking if you have unexplained swelling, a diagnosed lymphatic condition or recent surgery, so the appropriate practitioner and service can be identified.
