• Client's Concern: Mild lower face fullness and soft definition around the chin and jawline. Client initially inquired about fat freezing; however, assessment revealed minimal pinchable fat, making the applicator unsuitable for optimal results.
   

• Treatment Plan:
  ○ Vacuum RF (Radio Frequency): Selected primarily to stimulate lymphatic drainage, reduce fluid retention, and improve circulation in the lower face. The gentle suction assists in de-puffing and contour refinement while RF supports mild skin tightening.
  ○ Lower Face & Chin HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound): Delivered focused ultrasound energy to deeper structural layers (SMAS layer) to stimulate collagen remodeling and tighten tissue for improved jawline definition and lift.
  ○ Maintenance Plan: Monthly microneedling combined with Vacuum RF to maintain lymphatic flow, support collagen production, and enhance long-term firmness and contour.
   

• Why This Approach Was Chosen:
  Fat freezing requires sufficient pinchable fat for proper applicator placement. In this case, the concern was more related to fluid retention and mild skin laxity rather than excess fat volume. HIFU was selected to address structural tightening at a deeper level, while Vacuum RF helped reduce puffiness and support contour definition through lymphatic stimulation.
   

• Results:
  Noticeable improvement in chin contour and lower face definition after one combined session. The area appears less puffy, firmer, and more structured. Photos shown were taken before treatment and 4 weeks after the initial visit. Results will continue to improve over the next 8–12 weeks as collagen production increases. The client continues with Vacuum RF and microneedling sessions to maintain definition, enhance skin clarity, and support long-term collagen stimulation.
